Paper Matrix

Kaiao Space presents “Paper Matrix”, a new exhibit by Cece Navin. Navin is a multidisciplinary artist based in Honolulu, originally from Los Angeles, whose practice explores language as a visual form, scale through installation, writing, and material experimentation. Currently completing a BFA in printmaking at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa, their work often engaged with architectural space and embodied experience. Influenced by Surrealist women artists, large-scale installation, and the abstraction of language, they create environments that ignite conversation between the internal and external experience.
